Visited the west Sunshine Street Menards in Springfield MO on 01/29/2026, at approximately noon. Was unloading insulation machine and accessories. Young man by the name of JJ who was a Menards employee walked by me several times and never offered to help unload . These machines are quite heavy and it takes at least two to load and unload. Three Menards employees (possibly management) walked by and offered assistance. One of them told the young man (JJ)to grab one end and assist. Good customer service starts with assisting customers without being told. Although this does not constitute dismissal it does require training this young man what good customer service is about. We always receive good service at Menards. The young man needs a little improvement.
