I bought a new dishwasher from Lowes on June 5th. Mary Kenney was wonderful. We got a call from an installer within a week. We had some miscommunication along the way and that didn't happen. To make a long story short I could not get the installers to help me I talked to 2 different people and got no where. They said I needed to call the company that did their installation. I tried to contact the Company and could never anywhere. I finally called again on August 16th and talked to Paco in the installation dept. and he helped me. He was absolutely wonderful, called the store and saw if the machine was ready for pick up along with the correct installation parts and then called the Installation Company. Thank you Paco! Paco gets my 5 star rating!
