I appreciate that there is a local Walmart in town. Shopped here for over 9 years. Always encounter friendly checkers and helpful employees. Those customers that have bad experiences and complain are probably nasty, entitled and rude people that will never be happy at any store. They often get back what they put out into the world. Try being nice and polite and you will most likely have a nice experience at Walmart.

I stopped at the Franklin NC Walmart Pharmacy during the holidays as I came thru the area. I want to compliment and thank Kelley, the Pharmacy Tech, for the excellent service she gave me. She was so friendly and professional. I came in at closing time, but she took time with me and did not act like shewas in a hurry. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a knowledgeable helpful representative. She is anreal asset to Walmart or any business!!!!
