I had a very difficult time returning two TVs recently, which I had purchased online. It took two trips to the store in Eastgate with the TVs and about 3 1/2 hours of time at Customer Services. The problem was with the computer not accepting the return.I received excellent, personalized assistance and excellent customer service from Mariah, Chelsey, Starr and Guadalupe. They were all very helpful and patient with the situation, which was extremely frustrating due to the computer. My appreciation, thanks and kudos to all the above named people for taking the time to troubleshoot the problem, ask others, and call Customer Care several times to get this problem resolved .
