Went in for a phone problem on my wifes phone. I just needed a new battery. Saleswoman tried selling us two new phones. Every time I asked a question she would put it off and say we are doing this now. I asked four times what the bill would be when done and she never gave me answer and accused me of asking the same question in different ways. I finally said grab your phone honey were leaving. She was sassing us as we left. The next bill we got my phone had been removed from auto pay and our plan had been changed. It took an hour on the phone to fix. Never ever go to this store it is not looking out for you.
