I can't say enough about how helpful and friendly the entire staff is at this store! While on vacation I lost my cell phone and spent a lot of time in this store trying to find suitable phones to replace the lost one. Store Manager Alberto spent a lot of time showing me features of different phones and assisting me with contacting Verizon offices to obtain a revised contract. Even though Alberto had many urgent matters he was dealing with, he was incredibly patient, kind and helpful with my problems! I am very grateful for his help with my problem and highly recommend going to this store if you need help with your phone!
