Lots of vague promises, misleading statements, only to find out that there was no special deal going on, and the monthly charges always resulted in a much higher bill than stated originally. The autopay was not a good idea, since they overcharged me and siphoned the money out of my bank account right away. I was given a credit, but by then I had switched to a better phone company. I choose to not look back, but I allow myself one last honest review: it is the minimum I can do.
