Don't go to this location. Id would had better luck going to another store. I was instructed by T-Mobile to go to the store location to help with returning a phone and changing my T-Mobile plan. When I got there I told the associate I was told to return the phone to a store location and change my plan. They asked if I got the phone there which I said no and they said I would have to pay a restocking fee which I said I m not paying a restocking fee and then I was told to call customer care because they weren't going to help me period let alone change my plan

The customer service at this T‑Mobile location 1258 Hooper Ave. Toms River was completely unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, we were not made to feel welcomed at all. The staff was very unprofessional and seemed uninterested in helping anyone.We stood there while all of the employees gathered in a corner talking among themselves, ignoring the customers who were waiting. No one approached us, no one offered assistance, and the overall atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable.It’s disappointing to walk into a store and feel like you’re bothering the staff just by being there. This location needs serious improvement in professionalism and basic customer service.Moving forward, we will be taking our business somewhere else.
