I thought I had lost my phone. The SIM was locked and the phone was muted. It took 3 people to pull out every trick they could think of to get around all the impediments and determine where the phone was. Jessica in particular worked very hard to help me. She had to get her manager involved for higher level options before the end result was reached. In the end, it was determined that my dumb self had merely dropped the phone down the side of the driver's seat of my car. They could have just sold me another phone, as I was prepared to do. But they saved me the money by finding it. I am extremely grateful for their efforts.
