I went in to Staples on a Friday morning to purchase a filing cabinet. There wasn't any service associate on the floor. I looked on my own and did find a filing cabinet that suited my needs. I pulled the ticket. When I brought it up front only to be told by the cashier that they were out of stock. I responded then"why was there a ticket?". The cashier merely shrugged his shoulders. I told him"I was disappointed."He continued with his apathetic response. I finally asked if there was another way to get the filing cabinet either by checking with another store or online. At this point the cashier directed me to a different section of the store where there were more of them. I went there on my own. When I found the file cabinet, I struggled to get the file cabinet in my cart. I am 5 foot tall, the file cabinet was more than half my size. I received no help either getting in my cart or out of my cart and in to my car after my purchase. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
