We walked into Staples this morning and waited in line while a customer was being helped at the counter. After the customer left, we waited in line and were not even acknowledge by the person behind the counter. They were busy on their phone. There also was another employee near her and talking to her and he didn't acknowledge us either. Finally, we were assisted. No greeting, no hello. The whole time I was holding a package in my hand. We will not be back to the Staples location.
