I had a problem with the telephone @ this store. I called customer service, and reported it. I then got a call from the acting manager Ally. She was calling me on her cell phone. Their phones are out and she was calling me, to find out how she could help me.. She took my order, and problem was solved. Except I'm not sure the phone problem has been handled. She went above and beyond my expectations. I am very thankful that she cared enough to act quickly and resolve this matter. Thanks Ally.
