Terrible terrible service. Ordered 5 soufflés one Sunday morning about 2 weeks ago. The cashier was boxing them up when a waitress came over and said I couldn't have 2 of the ones I ordered that were already in the box. She said she needed them for someone who just placed an order. I told her I needed those and she disregarded me and took them from the cashier. I asked how long for more and was told 20 minutes. I order about $40 every third Sunday from Panera and was disappointed in my treatment. This is not the first time I've received bad service here. Won't make that mistake again!
