Old Navy - Newtown, PA

Opening date

This Old Navy branch, which was situated on West Road in Newtown, is permanently out of business. The site once planned for Old Navy at Newtown Shopping Center is being marketed in 2026 as a generic, unbuilt 10,300-square-foot expansion pad, without Old Navy identified as the tenant. The proposal called for a separate 12,500-square-foot retail pad, but a May 2022 settlement withheld the impervious-surface relief it needed.
