I WAS IN THE MONROE LOUISIANA STORE ON 2301 Louisville Ave TO FAX 3 PAPERS OF TO PHONE NUMBER I WAS CHARGED $26 AND SUM, KNOWING THIS WAS TO MUCH I CALLED IN THIS MORNING TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR, I WAS BLOCKED TOLD THAT I CAN GET A REFUND, HOWEVER THE PROBLEM WITH THAT IS IF SHE SHE DID THIS TO ME SHES DOING IT TO OTHERS AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE
