This is in regard to the Soencerport drive thru for the past month. It's always slow whether there are a few cars or many cars, either taking your order or processing your order. Today was the 2nd time this month that I ordered and paid for a sausage, egg & cheese mcmuffin. The 1st time there wasn't any sausage or cheese and today it was a burnt muffin with a measly slice of ham instead of sausage. Of course, this isn't discovered until I get home. I used to love driving thru to get my morning latte on my way home. Lately, not a good experience☹ Maybe, I'll have better luck with Brockport.
