Shopping yesterday in men's department, waiting in line 15 minutes, 2nd in line and cashier (probably around 80 years old) not knowing what she was doing, holding up people. Meantime, a cashier from the pocketbook department brought 2 customers to another register, and cashed them out. I'm still in line. The man behind me walked away without purchasing, the man in front of me ready to do the same. How can a reputable store have a holiday sale without proper cashiers. I was so frustrated, I spoke up.
