I enjoy going to my local Hobby Lobby, generally it feels welcoming but please ask the manager to stop standing by the front door of the store, simply looking on his phone. Every time I have gone to the store and every time he is there looking disengaged. My husband worked in retail, I know the cell phone is an important tool for managers but this manager does not look as if he is working while the rest of the staff are running around looking overworked.
