There is a manager there named Cassandra on my reciept. She is the must kind caring person I have encountered in the fast-food industry in a lot of years. People now days are rude they don't care anymore. What a nice breath of fresh air from just the warmth of her voice. My family and I came in to eat one-night last week in Olive Branch. We ordered Burgers, Hot Ham and Tenders. Our fries were nice Hot and Fresh. The Burgers were good, but the produce looked uncared for. Everything was good other than that. She brought our food to us. She told us if we needed anything let her know. She checked on us and told us if it wasn't good to let her know and she would make sure it was right. We had a family of 10 so we were there a while and after got dessert. We got 4 milk shakes, 2 apple pies and 1 Cinnamon roll. She made everything just perfect. She kept apologizing that it took her a while because she was alone, and the milk shakes are the good kind not out of a machine. She made them so good. Thick and creamy. As we sat and ate, we overheard her talking to her husband which was super friendly and nice to us. Offering to help us clean all our tables and trash after. I won't say online cause it would not be right. But I'm hoping maybe her boss will see this and know they are going through a difficult time. As kind and nice as a person and great employee as she is. I was hoping and praying they may help her. She need's an UNDERCOVER BOSS!!!!!!! Seriously you all have a great employee working for you.
