A Very Nice, clean, brightly lit store with organized aisles. Looks Great! Always has terrific deals. However what makes this store sour, is the Mgr..he lacks any genuine customer service...brushing off a customer ahead of me when asked where an item can be found. Said he was busy. & to read the signs on aisles to find what he needed, then walked away from cashier station. His tone used when speaking to customers was crass, he began to grow a temper when another customer asked a quick question, he flung his arm in the air & said there are associates on the floor to ask, he was too busy to be bothered. I realize there are moments when we All have a bad day..tho this was his performance on 3 separate visits to this store. Harbor Freight deserves better Mgt.
