Getting a prescription filled at this CVS pretty much takes an act of God. In the year 2025 there is absolutely no reason to have a nonfunctioning land line to reach the pharmacy. At first, I thought it was just a temporary inconvenience. However, it has now been multiple months that the line has been down and the only way to communicate with the staff is to driver there and speak with them in person. With the new HEB down the street there is no reason for this pharmacy to exist unless you enjoy poor customer service.
