Scott Kiesling, Costco's Hearing Aid Specialist, in the Viera West, FL store is AMAZING. My hearing aid stopped working so I stopped in this morning (6/6/2022) and asked if Scott would check it for me. I barely had a chance to sit down in the waiting area before he called me. He told me that he had diagnosed the issue, that it was covered by my warranty, and that he had already replaced the bad receiver for me. I put it back in my ear and it worked perfectly! The whole visit only lasted about 5 minutes. Scott was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly and truly exceeded my expectations. If I owned COSTO, I'd give that man a raise! Please let him know that I sincerely appreciate his help this morning. You're lucky to have him on your team!
