This location helped our family through the pandemic, and it has its downsides (crowds on weekends) but today, wife demanded I get a budget sofa that our cat can destroy, and little did I know it was 3 huge pieces, but Jim and Jeffy from Costco Mettawa were outside, noticed my trouble and helped spare my back and quads, and just asked that I give them a shoutout online. Costco treat your good employees well. They could have been ornery in the 95 F heat, but they were good natured and happy to help. Love this place and location
