4-stars as there is always room for development. I love Chase Bank @Thomas Road, West Monroe Louisiana. All the people are friendly and respectful. Helped me with buying a new house. Helping me with someone getting my account number helped me when I received 31using my credit card. Eric helped me when I received 37 emails that my payments were all declined and I had no money in my account. Thankfully all bills were paid and were paid on time. Then he told me to ignore all emails of that type a s Chase never sends that type of email. THANKS ERIC
