I went to Best Buy for a security outdoor camera. Found one of your agents and he walked us around. The cameras. We decide on one Of his recommendations and bought I purchased a blink After struggling to add to my internet I call the company and they inform me I needed to buy a unit to connect to internet. That would have been nice to know Your agents need to do much better. Thankfully I was able to return it. We are seniors and don’t know alt of internet requirements Needless to say I am not shopping at Best Buy in the future
