I got up the other morning to find my car battery was dead. After jump starting it, I made a trip down to the Advance Auto Parts store in Mulberry. A gentlemen named Burt assisted me with testing/trouble shooting the issue. He determined the battery needed replacing. He assisted me in choosing the correct battery to fill my needs as well as installing it. All the while he very professional and polite and explaining the more nuanced points of the battery, such as, voltage, cold cranking amps and so forth. This wasn't my first interaction with Burt and both times I've left that store more knowledgeable than when I came in.
