I live in Madison, MS and have visited the new store several times. I shopped at the Jackson, MS store hundreds of times. Today I went to the Madison store and there were pallets of product in six locations blocking aisles so that the customer could NOT pass and had to detour. No personnel were on hand at any of these locations although there were at least three personnel mopping and cleaning up. No management staff anywhere to be found. When a customer is walking down an already narrow aisle and suddenly there's an unattended pallet full of product blocking the way, it's not the best customer service approach. This was not just a random event but happened three or four times in this store today and the pallets were NEVER moved.
